DESCRIPTION:The Student Senate of Pennsylvania Highlands Community College 
 aims to maintain a harmonious relationship among students\, faculty\, and 
 administration\; encourage activities\, events\, and programs for the bene
 fit of the students and college\; ensure that we as students of Pennsylvan
 ia Highlands Community College are suitably represented\; enable the voice
  of the student body to be heard\; to maintain an atmosphere of student ex
 pression\, protection of student’s rights\, and academic freedom\; and p
 romote student leadership based on student interest and the general welfar
