For some, holidays are a time of sadness and grief. For others, the holidays can be stressors of gathering with family who may not be supportive. Still for others, holidays are a time of joy and celebration. Let’s talk about how all emotions are valid and the ways we can focus on what we have control over versus what we can’t control. Managing your stress around the holidays is important for all of us.
